Quiet little place it’s not expensive to use walkable to all restaurants downtown

Loved the valet services.

The property was in a good location for the historic district but the cottage itself had a lot to be desired. Besides having the musty/old smell, the blinds on the door & a window or 2 were all busted up leaving a lack of privacy. The bed has a big indentation in the center making it difficult for 2 people to stay on their own side. Their set of rules stated to leave the place cleaner then when you arrived so I'm not sure what expectations they had for the guest but I wasn't cleaning the air conditioner (which needed it) or other areas that seemed neglected. It does look freshly painted on the outside so maybe they're trying to make it better idk
